Ideally located in the heart of Vale do Lobo overlooking the 10th fairway of the Ocean Golf course and within walking distance to the Vale do Lobo Golf Club House reception where can be find shops, gym and a spa. The villa also provides easy access to the beautiful beach of Vale do Lobo and 'The Praca', which boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and night life. Additionally, the convenience of the nearby supermarket at Vale do Lobo's main entrance is just a short walk away.
Through the ground floor entrance leads to the open plan fully kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar with stools and living area with an ample sofa seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with double patio doors opening onto the garden and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with doors to the pool/BBQ terrace.
