The villa also provides easy access to the beautiful beach of Vale do Lobo and 'The Praca', which boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and night life. Additionally, the convenience of the nearby supermarket at Vale do Lobo's main entrance is just a short walk away.
Through the ground floor entrance leads to the open plan fully kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar with stools and living area with an ample sofa seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with double patio doors opening onto the garden and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with doors to the pool/BBQ terrace.
On the ground floor can be fund two bedrooms, Bedroom one is a double bed with a private terrace with golf course views. Bedroom two has a double bed with en suite bathroom with a walk in shower with patio doors open onto a garden. A large social bathroom with a tab tub.

The outside space features a carport, fully air-conditioned, child friendly with baby stair barriers, the villa is set in a quit section of Valo do Lobo with a pedestrian route to a lagoon and beach access. The house has a large terrace with wonderful golf course views, has an outside dining table for al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ, there is an outside comfy sofa seating for you to relax and read your favourite book and a variety of seating. The swimming pool measures approx. 8m x 5m and has steps entry, it has a manual pool cover and can be heated for a supplemental charge, there is a second terrace for for sunbathing.
